The New River Art Juried Biennial traditionally rotates every two years between the Floyd Center for the Arts, the Fine Arts Center for the New River Valley in Pulaski, and the Blacksburg Regional Art Association (BRAA).The 2025 exhibition is the 18th New River Art Juried Biennial and is sponsored by BRAA and hosted by the Moss Arts Center for the second time. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.

Visitors to the Blacksburg campus Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. will need to display a parking permit, utilize the ParkMobile app, pay the daily charge for a pass, or pay for parking using an hourly meter. A range of parking options can be found here.
